There was no flood yet. And probably will not be, doesn't look like it's as bad as they thought. But tonight was entertaining, as me and Abs walked halfway down the footbridge, even though the signs said not to. Sat and watched the river for a while. Took some pictures... then got escorted off said bridge by two of Capital City's finest. Meh, it was worth it. (pictures to follow)
