It's a great thing. Especially when you haven't talked with that person for a while. Catching up with someone can be akward, but sometimes, it's like you've never skipped a beat. Other times it's almost like you're closer and conversation flows much better than it ever did before.

In any case, I just wanted to let you know I just feel happy, for the first time in a while. Happy and energetic and content. Now I don't think I can sleep.

But it's worth it isn't it?
